The Official opening of XinPal Semi office in Penang, Leading a New Era in AI Switch and IC Design
Penang, Malaysia – July, 2025 — a global leader in AI Switch and IC design solutions, XinPal Semi announced the official opening of its office in the heart of Penang, Malaysia. This strategic expansion enhances XinPal's global footprint and deepens its engagement in the Southeast Asian market. The launch of the new office not only aligns with the Malaysian government's initiatives to upgrade its semiconductor industry but also accelerates the rapidly growing demand for advanced semiconductor solutions in data centres, AI computing, and high-speed networking worldwide.
The official opening was attended by key representatives from our partner companies, including Thomas Hu, CEO of Nano Labs; Albert Li, CEO of LYG; and Vanessa Tang, General Manager of AnCAD China.
The event featured a ribbon-cutting ceremony and speeches by our CEO, Wang Jy-Jih, and company directors. Reflecting on XinPal’s journey since our founding in 2023, Mr. Wang shared:
“Today marks a pivotal leap in our global strategy. This smart office hub embodies our mission of becoming ‘Your Premier ASIC Partner’ and will serve as an innovation center for the Asia-Pacific region.
With this brand-new R&D facility, we will continue partnering with strategic allies and accelerate our expansion in the global marketplace. Our pioneering spirit has earned trust from several global clients, and we are poised to cultivate strategic alliances with additional industry pioneers and leaders, amplifying our collaborative impact.”
We’re proud of this milestone and look forward to driving innovation from our new home in Malaysia.
